Original Comment I am writing to state I am VERY dissatisfied with the delivery and assembly of my unit<br /> <br /> Very happy with the unit and the speed in which it was shipped BUT....<br /> <br /> The group that was contracted for the assembly has not been responsive or accommodating<br /> I have contacted them several times and I still have not received a update on a time for assembly for the unit which was delivered last Friday.<br /> I thought the delivery people would set it up- not knowing there is a contracted company<br /> The delivery company left the item in front of my house and I had to carry both heavy units up a flight of stairs<br /> The cost of the assembly was not inexpensive and what I have gotten for this has been extremely disappointing-so far I would not recommend this to anybody
