Original Comment Awful customer service, I would recommend calling corporate if you have issues. Machine was not arriving until 4 days before first payment due date. I cancelled order, the machine never made it to my home. However I was charged shipping for a machine that never shipped. After several calls and a final call to Corporate I was helped in a timely manner and refunded for shipping. Will NEVER order from Bow Flex in the future.
