Original Comment Dear Sir, or to whom it may concern. Just to make it short on here because there is too much to say. However, I will follow this up with a letter. The person handling my claim is lying to me, and is trying to take my money for my car that was totaled out! She made up a tax law that the state of Illinois do not have to take 8.5% in taxes on the amount of my car for what it is worth, and $500.00 for other things that was not true from a report that she said came from the CDE that has a contract with the Hartford. Well I checked with Illinois State Laws who wants me to do a three-way with her over the phone because we do not have an Illinois Exempt A Tax Law, and the damage report on my car that determines the value of my car which she said came from CDE was found to be not true because I went to the CDE to get my things out of my car and I took pictures! She was informed of this and told me, "ME AND MY TEAM ARE NOT DOING THIS OVER AND WE ARE STICKING WITH THE PRICE WE QUOTED TO YOU." IN OTHER WORDS THE HARTFORD GROUP DON'T CARE even if what we told you was found to be not true! So, I hope that I hear from you within five days before it is aired on the news.
