Brandon the manager even helped when needed. Thanks for the patience and help Sherri. She was able to point me in the right direction and we accomplished what we set out for. Very upfront and made sure we purchased exactly what we needed. . Well, delivery of bed frame was supposed to be 1 to 4pm guys showed up before 1030am without notice. Tipped each guy 20 and let them put up the bed frame. Guess sales lady Sherri didn't think about not needing 2 foundation since we were purchasing the bed frame. Didn't sign for the delivery asked the guy to give me 5 minutes to call Ashley's to have him take the foundation for one of the 2 mattresses we had delivered few weeks ago; he said had 7 deliveries and simply left even without signature. I went to the store a block away they had Robert handle my problem. Honestly, whatever you're paying him je deserves more. Literally saw him handling 3 naybe 4 problems and nothing but patience, reserve , and let's make it work attitude. Summer also helped with my dilemma too. She , even though not feeling well, gave me the same courtesy. Thanks to the two of them indidnt have them take the bed frame back. Although would've been easier for the delivery guys to take with them ill have to wait for a reschedule. I'm not sure if I will purchase anything else when I purchase my new home and also I manage a live tv network we sell many homes which I refer different service companies to. Seven days a week I work this is just an added burden handling someones mistake... please be careful and slow the sales person down when they are with you so you don't have to be put out. Shout out to Robert and Summer for helping me. Also this has nicks and marker on brand new bed frame... Now might call them to pick up. I never signed and the guys just left.. do not recommend them at all also i will relay the message to the 2000 plus people that call the TV network every day. This is not what you pay for!!!<br /> Like
