Original Comment We have been loyal customers, of the BRAWLEY, Ca. KFC, since they opened. Dropping in two to three times a month ... ordering the same "8 Piece Meal" every time : 5 Thighs, 3 Drum Sticks. The last two months, including tonight, they have Screwed up our order. 3 out of 5 times: 1st time: they left out 1Thigh, 4 Thighs, 3 Drum Dticks; 2nd time: We got 5 Drum Sticks, 3 Thighs; tonight: we got 5 Drum Sticks , 3 Thighs, after the Mngr. Told me the most thighs we could've bet germs, was 4 Drum Sticks, 4 Thighs. On top of that ... several of the pieces had the Skin delaminates from the flesh, with in-cooked flour, underneath. THAT is a 1st! The manager told me,"we'll do it, this time " ... implying the Last time. I believe this young woman is not ready to meet the problem-solving, that is necessary for this company, and she was let loose, before properly vetted, for the job.
