Original Comment Their customer service is awful!!!!! I was on hold yesterday for 1 hour and 15 minutes before I hung up. Today I was hold for 45 minutes!!!! When I tried the Chat feature they wanted my credit card so they could charge me.<br /> <br /> I will never buy another Denon/Marantz product again.
