02/20/2021<br /> <br /> Hi,<br /> <br /> I just had terrible food they tried to give me at KFC!<br /> I ordered a chicken tenders combo the tenders weren't fit to feed my dog dark and brown didn't even look like a chicken. They<br /> guy in the drive thru didn't even know how to give my money back and told me to park in the front and wait for him to call his manager. Then the manager pulled up Mike asked me to park somewhere else so he could park by the front door and I proceeded to ask who he was and what happened and that I need a refund. He did go inside and refunded me but made excuses about the quality of food sent out to customers which is inexcusable! A manager is in charge of the quality of food set out to customers excuses aren't ok! He listened but really seem to care really bad customer service in my opinion.
