Original Comment Member for 43 years. I was asking for a membership discount NO NO. I decided NO NO to renew. AAA offers discounts for new callers. My card from 2020 states has valid thru May 01 2023. In another area above my NAME is smaller letters "dues billed annually". After I cancelled the membership, (11 day without knowledge) my granddaughter called AAA she assumed card was renewed. She was told the membership was cancelled. They ordered her to buy the same member for $198.00 or they could not help her. She had no other choice but to pay. She found the membership was not the same, the renewal deducted one of the members. I spoke to a "HELP" person, she can't do anything. I'm told the membership is now in my granddaughter name and can't be refunded or cancelled. The 2023 on the card from last year2020, is to save the environment from waste. I feel its FRAUD
