Original Comment Citibank for CitiMortgage/CitiFinancial horrible customer service with no in person help. I been looking for resolution on an old mortgage where an employee at Citibank didn't complete the paperwork and now there is an open lien against my home. I called so many phone numbers, emailed different teams with either no response back and return calls. When you do get someone on the phone they do not handle this issue and can not get you to someone to help with resolution. I am going on over a month with this issue it is unbelievable that you can not get someone to help with this issue.
