Original Comment Hello, I want to complain about the LAKEWOOD RANCH, FL location! The customer service sucks and they do not care if one gets charged late fee after late fee. I've made multiple attempts to contact them to pay my past due bill that some how stopped being billed on auto pay and to cancel my membership ASAP but with no contact! They keep sending the same automated email saying I have to pay . How am I supposed to when NO one from this location will contact me back!!!! I will not be telling any of my friends or family to join crunch but I'm sure I'm just another number to you all ! I need to speak with corporate executives at Thai point because I'm extremely upset and frustrated with the lack of support I've received!! Thanks
