Original Comment Follow up from previous complaint put on this site. Call the Orlando corporate office at 407-44-7000 and on their directory you have to know the person's extension number and they have the general things as far as pick up scheduling so on and so forth, but there is no dial directory to speak to a corporate office rep and or to file a formal complaint. They really really do not care what you have to say because you can't even speak to anyone in corporate for them to assist you. I am so glad that I am leaving this company and we'll find a better company. Eventually my tow truck driver did call me and advise me that at 9:15 this morning, AAA had just sent a tow request and they had not received one prior to this which the supervisor stated the night before he had taken care of for an 8:00 a.m. pickup. So I tend to believe the tow truck driver and not that the supervisor did his job because the tow truck was not there at 8:00. And the tow truck driver advised me that they don't have that many independent tow truck companies working for them in Palm Beach county anymore because triple A is horrible in paying them their bills so they want they don't want to do business with them anymore. This is why they don't have a lot of trucks available for roadside service and you read all the comments and bad service and bad customer service from the company because they're not paying. Used to be a great company now it is horrible can't wait to get on Facebook and let everybody know as well and every other social media site I can find. Never even get a response from these people.
