Original Comment I HAVE BEEN GOING TO kFC for many years and got pretty much what I ask for I ordered. Last night Thursday 7/23/2021..I went to your store on E Broad St in Blacklick Ohio and ordered the bucket deal as usual. Before this they mixed the chicken up. Last night my bucket only had legs and theighs. No breast and no wings. That was totally it it had. Plus every piece was over fried. Every piece was fried so hard you couldn't even eat any of the fried part. I have NEVER had this kind of experience at KFC before. You guys are going to lose customers if you don't teach your cooks to do it right. I will never go back to that KFC again!!! This was done thru the drive thru so nobody is taking responsibility for this when I called. Sorry for the long text..but I love KFC..I'd hate to see it closed down because of things like this.
