Original Comment To whom it may concern,<br /> <br /> I would like to let Citibank corporate know how disappointed I am with their policy and procedure. It is very alarming that you do not acknowledge California Durable Power of Attorney. It is a legal document that you should honor and you should have ways on how to manage this. The reason why clients bring POA to your financial center is because of valid reasons. <br /> <br /> I am under the impression that there is no way you can get your money even if you have legal documents to show and proof that you are the Power of Attorney. <br /> <br /> Your associates need more training and not waste your clients time. Very unprofessional and it ruins the image of your financial institution.<br /> <br /> I need someone to contact me regarding this. It is very unacceptable.
