Original Comment Ok well this dishonest rude, and disrespectful of consumer rights has not responded to any of my complaints in 7 months. Now I guess time to go back to filing yet another complaint with the FTC and FCC. They must have enough money they don't refund so they can afford this . I am getting my money back from them.
