Original Comment Awful customer service. Getting them to turn service off is a nightmare. Billing is a total sham. They are quick to get you installed but will not work with you on taking equipment back. They didn't shut it down still billing. I was given a total ending bill then still billed and then turned over to collections . My husband at 60 had to clinb up a pole to take the dish down to get a card they needed returned with the router. Have been working with this crap since May. If you are looking for comments, I advise ypu to stay away from Hughes Net !!!
