Original Comment Your commercials are lies. They say no matter where you live you can get high speed internet. Well I have been a customer for years and experience very frequent buffering. I have called and done everything that I have been instructed to do but it hasn't gotten better. For the price I pay every month I should not keep having these problems. I don't think you should advertise that no matter where you live, and then not deliver on your promise should be legal. I have had nothing but trouble from your internet and would really like to see an improvement or stop lying to the public.
