Original Comment I have a black card. I use the standup tanning due to a skin condition. The bulbs in the stand ups at Vivian and Antioch in Kansas City MO are well passed the change date. What can you do to assure that the bulbs are going to be changed immediately. There is not a supply issue because all the other tanning salons in the area are able to access bulbs and get them and replace them but I don't belong to them yet. It now makes me wonder if that location is going to be closed because it's not being kept up. And I really feel I should be reimbursed for the last nine months of my black card Medicare pay for my exercising at planet fitness I pay out of pocket the difference I feel like I should be reimbursed my portion.
