Original Comment We recently stayed at comfort inn at 412 white bridge place in Nashville. Our original reservation was mad in back in April 2022, we were meeting with my elderly in laws (82&78). A week prior to arriving my in laws called to inform us they made a mistake on what dates they would be in Nashville, my wife called and adjusted the dates with comfort inn. We arrived on Thursday as we had changed the dates to after a 15 hour drive, checked in paid cash and cash deposit all was well. We left Friday morning to meet her parents downtown Nashville for brunch as our food got to the table someone called from the hotel saying our stuff was to be removed from the room and we were suppose to check out by 11. Had to pay for a lunch we didn't get to eat and parking. Went back to the hotel to find out what happened, the person my wife spoke with when she changed the reservation messed up and only booked for the 1 night instead of adding the Thursday to our original Friday only. We straightened that out and paid for a second night. After we checked out and left I looked at my bank statement and they took out an additional $34, I called and was told they had made a mistake on the first night that I paid cash for so they charged to the card on file. If they did make a mistake on the first night it should of been taken care of when we straightened out the messed up reservation not wait till I'm gone with no phone call and just charge a card. We had to pay for a lunch we didn't eat and pay and extra $20 for parking when we went back to meet back up with my in laws. We have stayed at same hotel the year prior and had planned to make this place our spot every year. I have stayed at comfort inns for years and never had anything like this. Guess it's time for a change
