Original Comment Checked into Rocklin California comfort inn oct 14. The entire front of the hotel was blocked by fleet construction trucks. Tree service & paving company trucks. Parked indiscriminately in fire lanes (red curb) & loading (yellow curb). I asked the desk clerk to ask them to move as I didn't feel safe. She refused, refused to give her name, refused to give her managers name or number. Then ran & hid in back office. Couple days later I asked a different clerk. She said is case of fire, the fire department would call these guys to move their trucks before fire trucks arrived. Seriously!? I finally called the police, they're here now, hopefully getting it resolved. Your customer service could not have been worse. Please rectify future similar situations. Thank you.
