Original Comment I have been a customer for a long time and when I had Directv to move my services over a year ago I was up under the impression they would move me in the system also. So every time I have a issue why do I have to give the my previous address. They don't send the bill to that. address. Second, why an I paying for the NBA league pass and not getting any of the Memphis Grizzles games. I know they are not supposed to be blacked out all the time on every channel. And every time I call to get help (AFTER I GIVE MY PREVIOUS ADDRESS) your so called tech support can't fix it. They will give my a package that I didn't subscribe to for free that that day and charge me because I didn't cancel it. I have nt seen my team the Grizzles play all season unless the game is on espn or the nba channel. Please refund me my money for half the season and fix this problem or I will cancel Directv all together.
