Original Comment Customer service doesn't exist at Windstream. Recently an elderly close friend reported phone trouble on her land line. The service report was no dial tone, can't call or receive calls. The automated service was horrible to navigate. Finally reaching a live agent after being cutoff and waiting some ten minutes she was told the repair clerk gave her nine days until it would be fixed. Since when is an<br /> out of service given such a lousy turn around time. I check the customer phone line myself at the NID and her trouble was in the cable. Not in the home. Now how can you expect a person who relies on the land line for emergency use expect to wait nine days for repair. Shame on windstream they even publish numbers for Ohio public utilities commission that is no longer in service. It's impossible to reach anyone. Try it your self Windstream.
