Original Comment I've talked to 6 different people online and on the phone, and I went to a service store 3 times in two days. I got 9 different answers to my problem and not one of them worked. The last one told me it was against federal law to give/sell me a SIM card for a phone that I purchased new through vzw.com! Does anyone at Verizon really know how to do their job? I understand not every problem has an easy answer but its YOUR company and service! Someone there has to have a clue...
