Original Comment What is american as baseball hotdogs and apple pie? It should be Sears, one of this country's oldest retailers. After the last 2 hours on the phone I have gone from having a very positive attitude about Sears (tons of craftsman tools and Kenmore appliances over the last 55 years), to something less than favorable. I was trying to obtain, then order information on how to repair my Kenmore refrigerator 106.52582202 ,an electrical schematic, Part number 2255050.Now Sears/Kenmore wants to send a technician to my house 1st to determine whether he should order this part for me,then have it mailed. This electrical schematic, which should be free with the equipment purchased could easily be sent at no cost as an e-file. It has become a logistical nightmare taking at least a week to receive material just to do diagnostics. And then losing your refrigerator/freezer full.I wonder if Ed Lampert could do any better?
