Original Comment Sitting reading all these posts while on phone with representative. Started thinking this will not turn out well. Had a confirmed rental agreement in hand when I went to pick up car for 3 days only to be told by the agent that they can't honor my agreement. I was shocked as I rent several times a year and have never experienced this before. She was going to charge me almost double and then tried to act as if she was helping me out by finding a better rate than what she originally quoted. The so called better rate was over $60 more and I had to take it back 2 hours earlier than planned. The good news is that the agent I was speaking with took care of everything for me as she could find no reason why the rental agent at 1225 S FEDERAL HWY MARKET PLACE PLAZA POMPANO BEACH, FL 33062 did not honor my rental confirmation. Thank you agent Adrianne for making me very happy and resolving this issue for me.
