Original Comment Please DO NOT sign up for this service. It is a waste of money. I have had them for only 2 months and am so upset with the service they have provided me. First off, when I spoke with the sales rep I was never told that I would be signing a 2 year contract. I should have known as EVERYTHING comes with a contract these days, but still very frustrating knowing I have called them to complain and they pretty much threaten me with the fact that I have close to a $400 Early Term Fee and all they could do was "upgrade" my account for 6 months to a faster service. The service is NOT faster, the service STILL stinks and I am beyond angry.
