Original Comment Today is Jan. 15, 2017. I'm sorry others had to go through the trouble they did with Tracfone, but at least now I know it wasn't just me. I am so frustrated with them I could just scream. I have been dealing with them over a $40.00 phone since July 2016. I kept getting different answers every time I called, which was multiple times. One call lasted just over an hour. Too long to tell all, but bottom line, I sent back a phone I didn't like, (have prove it was received) only to be told finally in Dec. that I would not be getting my money back. I will now try to write a very detailed letter to the corp. office.
