Original Comment Tracfone is a joke, it is without a doubt the worst phone company there is. I have chatted on line for over an hour and the gentleman finally said he couldn't help but to call a number he gave me, then he said to ask for a supervisor which I did. The person answering the phone insisted on trying to help me, so I explained the problem and he said there was nothing he could do so finally I got transferred to a supervisor who after a long period of time said there is nothing he could or would do. I ask for his boss and got him and after a long time and being put on hold a lot, told me there is nothing he could do. I ask him for tracfones headquarters address and the CEO's name and he said he wasn't allow to give that information out, but it was really easy to find on the internet. And what it all boils down to is that tracfone has stolen 800 minutes of talk, 800 texts and .8 GB of data and nobody cares. I have sent 3 emails to the corporate office and have not received any acknowledgement or any kind of a reply. Everyone I speak with agrees with me but nobody will do anything to correct it. This is a horrible company and my wife and I and our family are going to use us what time we have left and then move on to a company that appreciates us as customers. It won't hurt tracfone but it will make us happy and we will do what we can to prevent others from falling into their trap.
