Original Comment On January 4, 2021. I have leased a VW Tiguan 2020 at VW Timmons. The sales representative who helped me, his name is Jaesen. He only gave me 1 key. Jaesen said because the parts are already closed. Jaesen said he will call me the following day for so that I would be able to pick up the key. He said that if I do not hear from him that I should call Century automotive Service Corporation for a replacement. I called Century and the guy who answered me said that I should go to the dealer and let the dealer make the claim. When I went there and asked to speak to Jaesen, when I talked to him, he and 4 other guys were just in one room talking for a long while. The guy wearing a light blue suit came to me and ask if we have been helped, my sister asked how many hours do we have to wait, and the guy in light blue suit went to the guys and talked to the guys in the room, then Jaesen came out and said he could not talk to anybody in Century for they were closed. Then Jaesen said that he will over night mail it on Monday January 18, 2021, so I could receive it on Tuesday Jan. 19, 2021. Thursday Jan. 21,2021 I called the manager of Jaesen the manager said to me Jaesen will call me for Jaesen was not in that day. Jaesen did not call me.It is now end of January and I still do not have the spare key. I think I should just return the VW Tiguan.
