Original Comment Rented a car with Thrifty from Tampa International Airport. From Wednesday to Monday. Sunday we went into Tampa to have breakfast with my son, while heading back to my car we saw a squad car by my vehicle to see somebody has hit the car making it undriveable, trying to call customer service is a joke waited 54 min and only hung up after the police officer was able to make contact for us. No help getting back to the airport to get a replacement vehicle spent 20 dollars on Uber after being told they would reimburse us according to the supervisor nope not the case after being sent to three different location and being talked to by snotty counter reps and after almost three hours we got a new rental. Will NEVER EVER rent another vehicle from this company ever again.
