Original Comment I purchased a Ryobi Electric Lawn Tractor in 2018 and nothing but problems now for the last two years. I have contacted their warranty people and have got nothing but the run around and now the 3 year warranty has expired with no help. They have done nothing but give lip service. There is no repair service in my area so I'm screwed. I have an extended 3 year warranty through my Home Depot in Bay City,Mi., but have gotten no where with them either. They say they are working on the issue but the so called repair service told me they couldn't get to it for six weeks! That was the end of May! I want my money back for this piece of crap that cost me $2499.00. It would make a great boat anchor! NEVER BUY RYOBI PRODUCTS!!!! THEY DON'T STAND BEHIND THERE PRODUCTS!!
