Original Comment Last night (7/10/21) I was at your location in Spartanburg S.c. When we first got there a store employee was being fired and he made a big thing out of it. He was yelling and all kinds of things. Then the person who waited on us was rude. Then we went to look for a table close by, (I am disable and in a wheel chair) so that I didn't have to be pushed too far. We had to ask if a table could be cleaned off. The lady at first didn't want to clean it, but she got someone to clean it off. It seem to me that they were short staff. Almost all of the tables were dirty. What I don't understand is why they didn't have a roll cart to help carry all the dirty dishes. They were having to carry them. Now lets talk about the food. The food was awful, most of it was cold. When I got a steak I told him med. rare, he gave me a well done steak. Couldn't eat it because it was hard to chew and it was over cooked like it had been there for some time. Then there was a kid screaming the whole time, which got on my nerves. By this we were getting mad, but I wanted a dessert, the thing that was ok was the brownie. I had to spit my food out a few times that is how gross it was. To me this was awful and I will not be going back to this place at all. The manger did comp. us for our meals, but when I was getting into our truck I saw a couple and gave them it, because I know we will not be going back there. And sorry to say this I will be posting on Facebook about this and telling everyone I can to never go there.
