Original Comment I am disappointed with the service I have received before and after my complaint. I sent in a complaint months ago about a Bonfish Grill in Glen Burnie and I never got a response. Instead I am just receiving offers to eat at Bonefish Grill. <br /> My original complaint was about the quality of the food. My girlfriend and I are big fans of Bonefish Grill. We ordered the beef potsticker and they were not what we remembered at all. Mushy inside and quite unappealing. I ordered Mahi Mahi and she ordered Chilean Sea Bass. We both had spinach and mashed potatoes. The potatoes clearly came from a box and tasted like it. The worst thing was our fish. Both of us had planks that look like they came from a bag of frozen fish. We did not finish our meals. We wondered if this was a privately owned franchise. If so please tell me how we can tell the difference. I have not been back to one of your establishments since that night in September because I have not heard back from you. I never imagined my complaint would be ignored.
