After being a customer over 30 years, I am told your employee's don't know their President's name/Vice President and if they do they are not to give it out or give a 1-800# if asked...what a mess you have turned this company into, before we could talk to people and they would talk to us. Now we are at your beck and call without anything; what do you pay to the client for each lie that is told...$200-???? will compensate but not make right. Let's begin with the money or solutions to paid how??
