Original Comment I have a belkin wireless router f5d7234-4, I had lost the install cd and needed help getting to the log in page to set the router up again. nothing was wrong with the router just couldn't seen to get to the log in page. called belkin support and was told by the tech after he did remote to my desktop that for $160.00 he could fix the problem.ther was no problem to fix, s simple reset of the router solved the problem that the tech was trying to charge me $160.00 for. I don't like being ripped off buy some crook just because he thought that I was stupid enough to pay for something that I didn't need. a simple anser from him to tell me to push a reset button on the router was all that I needed to fix a simple problem,not for some crook to try to rip me off of my hard earned money.just so that you might try to understand my anger, I can buy a wireless router for around $70.00,brand new with the instalition disc included, to try and charge me $160.00 to get a already purchased router set up again is nothing but sheer greed on the tech support person's part.Belkin is and has been a good product you don't need people like the tech support person doing shady business that will make your company look bad or dishonest.
