Original Comment Dear Sir / Madam<br /> Bought the latest sony xperia z1 phone a month ago. Unfortunately a coin dropped on the screen a few days later. The screen cracked and not a single thing works on the phone. The real trouble is that there is just one place in the whole of the czech republic where the phone could be serviced. I see the lack of repair points as a serious drawback in addition to the suggested cost of the repair which is nothing less but 80% of the phones total cost. Could you please suggest any possible solutions ? This way of troubleshooting seems really unfair to me. There are no spare parts available on the market. How could this be ? We all know accidents happen so you shouldnt release a new model before you make sure it can be repaired under reasonable conditions.
