Hello. I am a pageplus customer. I'm satisfied with the service so far. But I do wish that page plus would change some things on there plans. The 80 dollar yearly should have unlimited texting like all other companies have and the 12 dollar monthly plan should have at least 1000 text messages a month. Customer service should be better trained to handle issues as well. I hope these changes will be made. Please teach out to me about these requested changes. Thanks

I've been with page plus for years but it sad now because every time I call in I can't understand one word they are saying and vice versa they can not understand ENGLISH EITHER HOW CAN U RUN A BIZ IF NO ONE CAN UNDERSTAND WHAT THE OTHER IS SAYING

Due to poor customer service, I will no longer be using Page Plus cell phone service... After giving a detailed description of the sim card needed for my new phone, your sales associate shipped me the wrong card. Before the purchase I was promised a refund if I did not receive the correct sim card. After receiving the wrong card, I contacted Page Plus. I spoke to the highest possible manager who could not help me. She was unable to refund the item or credit me my money even though Page Plus was at fault. I was also denied a contact name to file a complaint. During this whole process I was very disappointed overall with the customer service.

I have been with Page Plus for 2 years now. I have to say that I have always been satisfied with the service. When I opened my business I decided to become a dealer for Page Plus. I'm sorry to hear there are so many unsatisfied customers. I am always available to help any customer inquiries if needed. I will keep my faith in the company. I'm looking into expansion and want to fully represent their brand. They are a good company. If you speak with the right dealer or the right sales person you'd be amazed by the results.

I was tricked into switching service providers from Sprint to Page Plus due to s more affordable cost. That was the WORST decision I have made this year! I ran out if data (5 gigs) in two days, there is never a manager available, I have several dropped calls, many times my phone would say that there was no Mobil connection which caused me to go days w/o service! I was Never compensated for my troubles nor accomidated. This is a hirrible phone service company and ran w/o intent to please the customer. I would Never recommend them to Anyone Ever. Four months of torture was enough for me!

Terrible Customer Service, Long Wait Times, Representatives That Cant Speak Proper English. Supervisors Are Unintelligent And Provide No Help. I Hate This Company. On 6/1/2014 I tried to purchase a 55$ card and the people at the store told me page plus had "made changes" so he sold me a 50$ card. I called to speak with someone and I kept me directed tot the same woman and she was very rude and made comments like "the money's gone" and "theres nothing she can do since the money is spent" I asked to speak with her supervisor and she refused to let me speak with anyone saying that "no one was available and that she would take my number and if they called back-they called back if not-then they dont." I HAVE LOST A LOT OF MONEY WITH PAGE PLUS. THIS IS THE SECOND TIME THAT THIS HAS HAPPENED AND IT'S 200$ OF LOST MONEY. I BELIEVE THAT THEY ARE AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES. THEY ARE NOT UNDERSTANDING AND RUDE TO THE FULLEST. I HAVE BEEN WITH THEM FOR ABOUT 4 YEARS AND THEY SEEM TO NOT CARE ABOUT MY SERVICE WITH THEM. I PLAN TO MOVE TO A DIFFERENT PHONE SERVICE PROVIDE TODAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Page Plus is an awful company we do not want to give money to them. Is there any pay as you go and minutes do not expire good cellphone company out there for us to give business to support?

Page Plus should should not be running. They should be in jail! They steal money from consumers. They have the worst customer service. Use straight talk instead. You wont loose a day if you change your plan with straight talk. Page Plus are thieves!

There is something to say about a cellphone company that you can not reach, when something goes wrong with there service. I have been trying reach this company for 2hours the phone at the corporate office are out of order. When I do get them and get my money back I am gone. If something goes wrong with my grandson while he is at school he can't even get in touch with me.I pray you guys fix this problem as fast as possible, thank you for the time I spent with you. But today is my last day as a customer of your company.

I just joined pageplus because I hated verixon - BUT - now I dilike them BOTH - horrible cust serv - they got my ONE BILL PAYMENT and won't get anymore - I need to find another serivice that is FAIR and good - anyone know of the best one out there 8-13 ? pls10 at hotmail is my email if u know the best co (I do not text and only need 890 min a month to use) since I am older/retired ... thanks page plus did not earn my respect ! SAD that they don't care about their customers - how can u stay in bus this way - the co could be a great cell serivec if they onlu RESPECTED their clients !!

I paid my bill on 5/22/2013 and I have not been able to receive calls ever since then and it is now 6/8/2013. This is ridiculous and I should get my money back or at least a portion because it is not my fault that happened and why should I have to pay for something I have not even been able to use?? When I called the operator was very rude and said there was nothing they could do, is this a joke? Why am I paying for something that messes up half the time? I better get some of my money back or I WILL spread the word on how unprofessional and unreliable page plus is.

Investigation required! Being an unfortunate customer for over 4 years, the service is sub-standard, bordering on fraud and misrepresentation. Rather than just complain in here folks, DOCUMENT DOCUMENT DOCUMENT and take this to your local State Attorney General as well as FCC and demand an investigation. Pull their right to misrepresent and shut them down! Simple as that! I am doing that now and will follow up with due diligence to make sure that Corporate is shaken!

I have been having trouble buying PIN's from 3'rd party vendor's like a local BP Gas Station located at 1883 Lewisburg Pike, Franklin, TN 37064. When I tried loading the new PIN onto my Page Plus Account I herd an Computerized message saying "invalid PIN". When I went back to the BP Station they told me there is nothing they could do. The Station gave me their Merchant Tech Support Number. They said the same thing. What happened to old fashion customer service???

I am absolutely disgusted by the attitudes of CSR and the supervisor William that called me back and proceeded to yell at me and then hang up on me. I would NEVER recommend this service to anyone!!!!

IM A DEALER FOR PAGE PLUS AS OF 10/02/2012 9:05 AM THIS MORNING MY 450 PLUS CUSTOMERS THAT I PAID THERE BILL AND PERSONALY LOADED THEIR BILLS HAD NO SERVICES NO INFO ON HOME PAGE TO LET ME KNOW WHAT WAS PROBLEM.THEN DEPUTIES FROM MY TOWN SHOWED UP TO QUESTION MY LIABILTY AS DID I TAKE THERE MONEY? JUST A LITTLE BETTER COMMUNICATION WAS WHAT I NEEDED.TOOK 3 HOURS FROM SOMEONE TO LET ME KNOW NO PHONE WOULD ANSWER THANK GOD IM NOT IN JAIL.

Serveral of the call center representative, are very rude to the customer. They are taking the customer money and stating they are not going to assist them if the service on there phone does not work. The individual involve in my dispute are as follow.
Ray B. the operator who tells you no matter what you do management will not assist you. But put a service ticket in anyway. Moreover, the problem is not with them but, it with Verizon.

Alexis operator 1190 - who tells you that she can not transfer you to management because of your ticket, and because management will not allow it.

Lynn H ext 348 & Yvette V. Ext 349 - who advise their fellow co-worker that they are not allowed to transfer calls to management

Cheryl from Human Resource - ext 339 - who states there is a Customer Complaint line that dont exsist. And then disconnect the call when stating she is going to transfer you.

The final individual involved in my case is James, the management, who is rude and yells at you and tell you that you have to purchase a phone and switch service, because it is not their problem if my phone does not work, after being recorded.

I truly hope corporate take the time to retrain the employees, at the Holland, OH call center, the escalation process is not efficient or satisfactory at all.

When a customer is trying to recieve proper service for business call.

Im a business owner, and if I was Verizon, if the contracted individuals are not representing us correctly, I would discontinue partnership. They are bad business for Verizon.
