It's been almost two years and I still haven't received my refund on a concert that is not going to happen because of the pandemic. I've tried calling every number you have on the site and also the customer number I used to buy the tickets, and no one answers the phone it's only a automatated message that comes on and then hangs up. All I want is my $260 back. I've made sure to tell all friends and family that stay in South Carolina to not ever buy any tickets from ticket master Ever!!!

I purchased Justin Bieber tickets for my daughter and they were FRONT ROW and then it was rescheduled and now they are giving me tickets for the 13th row! UGH NO that is not right. Now they say I can pay more money to get the platinum seats which are now where I purchased the first ones. THIS IS NOT RIGHT! I want what I purchased and that is front row!!!!!! It is not my fault they changed the venue so I should still have the front row because that's what I paid for.

I TRIED to purchase tickets on Nov. 5th for the Cesar Milan show and told them that I needed to have them mailed to me. Needless to say, after waiting almost a month I again contacted customer service only to be told that they did not know why but a HOLD had been put on my tickets and not to mail them out. Since my credit card went thru on the 5th of November, they could give me no explanation as to why so I asked AGAIN to have them mailed. Once again had to contact them (3rd time) and now they PROMISED me that they would send them out FED-EX at no charge to me and they would most likely be printed that day (after 2 months) and mailed the same day and I should have them within 3 days. Even though it was during the holidays (no excuse) I had to call again (4th time) on January 1, 2014 to CANCEL my tickets. As usual customer service did not offer ANY reason why I never received the tickets and I can promise you that I will NEVER AGAIN use Ticketmaster for anything - this was a deplorable situation and should have been corrected but no one ever said a word about this disgusting situation nor tried to remedy it - not even a supervisor would get on the line.

I attempted to purchase tickets for 'Disney on Ice', Jan. 18 at the Verizon Center in Manchester, NH using a special offer listed through "VALPAK" that I received in the mail.
I attempted to purchase the tickets on line and then over the phone. Ticketmaster claimed they have no such offer at this time. When I contacted "VALPAK", they claimed they had received the discount offer from Ticketmaster to include in their coupon and special offerings mailing.

I purchased tickets to see Greenday tickets at the Mohegan Sun on 1/10/13 for my son's 9th birthday. The show was canceled because the lead singer is I'm rehab. Ticketmaster was contacted by me requesting in December requesting that I be refunded by check since I no longer used my old bank. They have refused to refund my money back to me. So as far as I'm concerned the guarantees they put on their web site don't mean a thing. So now I'm out $250 & we didn't even get to see Greenday. To make matters worse I tried to make it up to my son by buying tickets to see The Killers in NYC at the Barclays Center on 5/18/13. I was just contacted by Tocketmaster telling me that they accidentally canceled my order. They said that I should be happy because they refunded me my money back & have not gotten me new sets near where my original sets would have been. Ticketmaster I think gets it jollies out of treating me I wish the government would tear apart this ticket selling monopoly giant.

Ticketmaster FRAUD/RIPOFF ALERT: I bought 2 tickets from them last mos. for Peter Gabriel 10/6/12 @ t.HWD Bowl and received tickets printed "Section E, Row 21" (I still have mine). BUT...They seated us in SECTION K, Row 28=more than TWICE as far back from the stage!! I called C/S & they said "it's the venues fault, no refunds." In then called Fan Supt. H.Q. in W. VA and was told PAM t 2:30 on Monday 10/8. She said she wd. research and c.b. After +3days, In talked to her today and she said: "it doesn't matter waht your ticket says, the seating was 'best available'; this is the NORMAL procedure for that Venue" HAH!!! $300.00 for ~Genral Admission/best seating available AND since when DOES IT NOT MATTER THAT I HAVE AND STILL HAVE A TICKET IN HAND FOR "SECTION E, ROW 21"?? PLUS, PAM REFUSED TO GIVE ME A NAME OR E-MAIL OF ANYONE AT ALL AT TICKETMASTER..................... B U Y E R B E W A R E!@#$%!!!Anyone know who I can e-mail???

On July 15, 2012, I ordered two tickets (the only ones available to me) for my 15-year-old grandson to the Eric Church concert in Milwaukee. I live in Phoenix, AZ. I chose "TicketFast" and attempted several times to download the tickets. A red message "Alert" would come up and tell me the tickets would be available in 24-72 hours. Each day I tried to download the tickets unsuccessfully. Finally, when 72 hours had passed, I called customer service. I was told that (1) these tickets were in an area where ONLY paperless tickets could be used; (2) I was not eligible to receive a full refund because it had been MORE than 72 hours. They offered me $69.00 and said I'd get the credit in 3 - 5 days (however, my credit card was charged the same day and the funds distributed the next). The "paperless" ticket meant I would have to send my credit card to my grandson and pray that it wouldn't get lost in the excitement of the event. Otherwise, he could not gain admission. And yes, I'm really angry.63
