WM has the WORST customer no service in the universe. 45 minutes on the phone, 4 times. website is worse, it will not let me order a dumpster or additional cans, says I have to call. WM, your trash website and customer service is gaabage, how appropriate

I am disappointed with the lack of customer service.

I have been trying to get a valid holiday schedule for my service area, not Canada and the US, which is what I get on your website. I tried calling my local Tucson, AZ office, but nobody answered, so I tried the 800 number. After being on hold for 45 minutes there, I tried a chat.

During the chat, a Customer Service agent assured me there was no delay in my recycling pick up because of the MLK Day holiday, and that my recycling would be picked up today as regularly scheduled. They also told me last Tuesday's delay was for "operational" reasons. Today they tell me my service is delayed because of the MLK Day holiday, which I already figured out for myself. Based on their assurance that my service was not delayed, I put my bin out last night, only to find it had not been collected this morning.

It's impossible to talk to a real live person at WM, and I am giving up on ever getting a straight answer from you, so I guess you've accomplished your goal.

Please empty the trash at Sherwood 2460 Dixie Highway Waterford, MI 48328. We paid for service and the driver never emptied the trash.? The dumpster is packed.

Yes, Waste Management protocol of securing the debris they are hauling is not sufficient. I have over $2,500 of damage to my car and have not heard from WM's or their insurance carrier to follow up on our case. Terrible way to do business.

Several times in the last few months, the WM driver slows down near my residence, but does not stop or pick up my can. The can is by the road the night before pick up and the lid is completely closed and yet the driver skips me.

Last week the driver slowed down, but did not pick up my trash. I called this past Monday to schedule a pick up and lodge a complaint against the driver because the issue was continuing. I had to wait until the next day for pick up.

THIS week, the driver AGAIN slowed down at my can, but did not attempt to stop and drove right by. Again, I had to call WM and ask for pick up. I should not have to remind WM to do their job weekly. When a customer pays for pick up it should not be my responsibility nor should I feel like I have to watch the driver and then call every week to beg for a service I'm paying for. I have videos of each time the driver skips my residence and all WM will tell me is, "Gee we sure are sorry; we'll send somebody tomorrow". They fail to recognize that I'm having to monitor their work (or lack thereof), take the time to call WM and then wait another day for pick up. This company should be reliable, responsible and pick up the trash of all customers who pay, have their can in place and follow the rules.

I have had my service since the beginning of Feb. I have yet to get my trash bin, and have over 25 bags of garbage in my garage because I have no way to dispose of them. I have called today (match 7th) makes 4 times to have this problem resolved and i have been giving the run around, so not only have I not got my bin, my trash picked up, but I have paid for 3 months of service and 1 month has went by with no waste management services...I'm furious...this is a very poor way a business is being ran and something needs to be done!

I haven't had regular trash pick up in the last eight weeks. We were skipped completely last week. Our regular pick up day should be Friday. In the past two months we have been picked up on MondaIy, Tuesday, Saturday and even 5:30 am on a Sunday morning after we were told pick up would be Monday.
The most frustrating part is that every time we call we're given a pick up day, it's never correct.
I feel like I should have decorated my trash can with Christmas light's since it's been such a fixture in my front yard for the last two months.

l am very disappointed with my service!!! The garbage was not picked up on my service date for 3-4 weeks. When l called they said, we are short on drivers Will get it tomorrow or even just next week . l am feeling with health issues and use a walker, so it's difficult getting garbage can down my driveway to the curb. So l finally stopped service with them. Yet to see my $$that l still had on my account.

You customer service is insanely frustrating!! After 4 weeks and an abundance of calls we still have not received our additional bins. Your call center promises service but to no avail. How can you run a business like this??? And what does a customer have to do to get service?????? Perhaps stop paying our monthly bill?!!

The driver coded garbage can not out for missed pickup. I have to call every week to have garbage picked up. Your employees are not honest

To whom it may concern I live in Wetumpka,AL and I must say I'm very disappointed in how my trash is being handled. Customers are having to wait all week to get their trash can emptied and the route drivers are bypassing us. Trash pickup day is very important because our can is full we are paying our hard earned Money for this Trash service. Waste Management please improve how you are handling your customers. It wouldn't be a bad idea for the Manager to start patrolling the routes to assist New drivers with Trash dumping in the Area. I understand being short handed but right now you look very unorganized. Please fix this issue.

To Waste Management, from Clarita Gustafson 815 Hampton Road, Arcadia, CA 91006: Ager many years of good service pick up , it has been very emotionally stressful to have all the multiple calls be ignored. waste missed my pickup last week of the 3 green containers plus the blue recycled container. They finally picked up the blue bu the 3 green containers are still on the curb and today the 14th thus far, NO PICK OF ANY OF MY CONTAINERS: The Black trash container plus the blue recyled container are still in the back of the house. I have a medical condition that necessitates waste driver to come in the driveway to pick up the containers. I have been assure FOUR times, that they were coming and still no service. Not only do I expect a company of your good name to pick up containers but I am requesting a CREDIT of a whole week ( which should be reflected in my next bill), for the loss of one weeks service service plus the emotional stress incurred.

What was done to my husband of 15 years was uncalled for. He is all gold in the Navy which meant outstanding performance and behavior. The moves made by WM were very calculated due to the lack of personnel and the investigation was then complete. The very same situation that was complained about on him was done to him. His attempts were to get this less than 6 months on the job to calm down and to friend him so that everyone would stop hating him. There has to be a certain amount of friendship and fun at work when you work about 67 hours a week for more than half your career. This very many who got away with this spent time in a meeting after the fact and called everyone bastards, did he get fired NO he did not why? I will tell you why because he used his race as his backing. He as never hurt. My husband backed away from him when the guy came at him and my husband apologized and told him it would not happen again. This is how he is treated for trying to get a guy who has no friends and all my husband tried to do was get him to fit it. Wow, Your ruined my husband's impeccable name! You also have many people who are looking for jobs and a couple that are ready to walk off. My husband was going to give notice anyhow in 3 more weeks due to the zero break-in constant working and he had been asked by a company larger than Waste Management to come aboard, but as he told them. I can't do that to WM because I need to give notice and be able to train someone for a replacement. Even the local people are not happy that this man should have left, not mine. You do not go into a meeting and call everyone in it bastard, here is his grounds for termination, let us see if that is in the manual. This happened in Feb, it was less than a month ago and he calls everyone bastards. Almost all employees want nothing to do with his as they fear their jobs while others are ready to walk. The reason his site was number one for the longest time was my husband non-stop covering people working from 4am to 6 every day and Sundays. He did your green team any time you needed him. If you catch the email address it stands for ALL LIVED MATTER. Further more I have black in me, so why would he be racist and as I said the same type of initiations were done to him both in AZ and in UT. He was military. He knew it was the way of welcoming him. He meant to hate nor harm and he tried to get the happy about his work so that people wold treat him like he had the plague. Now no one wants anything to do with him and its nothing my husband said. Its what they said to my husband. No one wanted to go near him when he broke down after his termination and that meeting of bastards, what will you do about that.

Hello, I am on our HOA Board in our community. Since Advanced Disposal was purchased by Waste Management we have been experiencing unacceptable garbage pick up service. We have individually called multiple times to complain over the past two months. We are told the recycling or garbage will be picked up by end of business the next day but it doesn't happen. We are 30 homes in a very upscale neighborhood and do not want our garbage to be sitting on the curb for weeks. What do we have to do to get this resolved? I am currently on the phone with Waste Management and they are no help either. The entire subdivision has been talking about going to another garbage service. Is that what we need to do?

For a couple of years now I've had nothing but problems with the monopoly company known as Waste Management. Every time I have called in about something, they think by actually doing the job they are paid to do fixes everything. Though the same problems continue to happen, showing that they never did anything about the complaint. Their customer service is horrible, they constantly tell you they can't do something, and never give the same answer as their corporate headquarters. This company isn't interested in doing the right thing and fix relationships with their customers, they only care about scratching each other's back and screwing over their customers. A real business would provide excellent customer service, follow through when they say they're going to, give the same information across the company, and stand by their word when they say it. Not this back and forth wishy washy BS that they currently give. Senior Officers for this company need to step up, get their heads out of the clouds, and start paying attention to the complaints coming in about their company.

Just a reminder for the people driving the waste management trucks please secure your loads, twice I have had rocks or debris fly off your truck and damage my vehicle, once in Miami Florida and once on interstate 77. I understand accidents happen but I'm the one who hast to come up with my deductible to replace my windshield and dented cars.

Fraternization in the workplace is often frowned upon because it can negatively affect work performance and might compromise the integrity of the company. Workflow disruptions and charges of favoritism often arise with employee fraternization. You may get fired if the fraternization interferes with your work or goes against company policy.

My wife (MMS) works at Waste Management as a residential call center representative, and has been hiding a relationship with her trainer and manager (BTM) at Waste Managment in Germantown,WI. Waste Managment knew of the situation, and ran a weak investigation by questioning coworkers. Probably not to loose a person in a managment position, which has been doing well. This person in a managment position has had good proformance, I bet my wife saw a shortcut to advancing her position and career. Managment should not advance towards an employee. They have even had lunch, breaks, special office calls, and even try were even caught holding hands at work.

I feel that if Waste Management had done their due diligence, my marriage may have been saved. I have since moved out. BTM has been at my place of residence early 2020, without my previous knowledge. He currently, has been spending his nights, at what is now my wife's (MMS) residence. I also believe that this is not the first incidence of BTM behaving in this manner toward female coworkers in the workplace.

I hope Waste Management does the correct thing here. Many employees questioned about this situation, during the previous internal investigation, did want want to loose there job. This resulted in incorrect statements from these employees. I believe outgoing internal work e-mails (MMS) can be checked to verify their relationship.

I hope you can help me. I have been a customer of Waste Management for over 10 years and have recently moved from Hawthorn Woods Illinois to Johnsburg Illinois. I have trash and recycling pickup weekly on Friday. It has been a disaster and I have given up calling customer service. You have missed picking up my recycling a half a dozen times once again this past Friday. My container is full every week, and I need service. Never had a problem before the move. What should I do? Do I report it to the Village of Johnsburg because your office in Crystal Lake just cannot fix its for some reason. I cannot understand how the trash is picked up flawlessly every week but you keep missing the recycling. I have never missed a quarterly payment to you and expect the same commitment from you on service. Thank you for your attention.

I would like to post that waste management Corporation is not following laws and guidelines for the COVID-19 in Washington state. My husband is an employee of waste management they have supplied masks and gloves and hand sanitizer, however when one of his coworkers had become sick with the coronavirus there was no interviews of whom they have come in contact with,, a second employee has become ill with the coronavirus and still no interviews of who's come in contact with this employee instead it was kept hush-hush until another employee leaked the information to the other workers. The managers are not wearing masks or gloves they are not sanitizing the locker room they are suggesting employees take their contaminated clothing home to clean they are not taking temperatures when employees enter buildings and exit buildings, my husband and I have an autistic asthmatic child at home he is at extreme high risk to not survive COVID-19 if he contacts this yet I feel waste management has done nothing to protect their employees or the employees families.

I bought a business in may of this year. The previous owner had management waste, first off I was willing to do business with them, for the whole month of June I made several attempted to contact waste management to do a contract with me, Guess what???? I never got any type of responds. Then I got fed up, wanted them to come and get their dumpster off of my property, guess again, Its still here. Now Im trying to contact corporate please I don't want to do this or bring legal action towards WM.....BUT THEY ARE FORCING MY HAND!!!!!

I would like to report that for the last FIVE WEEKS, Waste Management has been collecting our trash and recycle together in the samwe truck and taking all of it to the land fill.
I have conversatins with our local department and have heard mandy different excuses. THERE IS NO EXCUSE GOOD ENOUGH FOR THIS. I have been told that the drivers are turning in false reports on their pick ups stating that two picks up were made, one for trash and recycling, which is not the case. Only one truck in the community for FIVE WEEKS. I have heard that last week the driver said it was only on my street because he didn't want the recycle truck to have to back up on our cul de sac and that one bin had trash in it. WE HAVE NEVER HAD A TRUCK BACK UP OUR STREET TO PICK UP RECYLCE. ONE AND ONLY ONE truck services the community and takes BOTH TRASH AND RECYCLE.
